  • We follow a strict international standards for assembly, guided by IPC Standards. The motto of becoming Class III OEM drives us to configure the assembly standards to IPC610E.

Product Development

  • We also do end to end product development, starting from research to production. We support Hardware, schematic designing, Part selection, design and Firmware development.
  • We also provide support in getting various certification like UL94V, FCC part 15 etc.
  • The development team consists of well qualified and experienced engineers.

Quality Check

  • Incoming Quality Control: All incoming goods are inspected on a standardized sampling plan. Parameters such as Values, Packaging, Marking, Footprints etc for Electronics and Critical dimensions, Material specifications etc for Mechanicals are verified by QC before goods are inward. IQC is carried out on all customer supplied goods as well.
  • Outgoing Quality control : Product specifications, test and inspection reports are re verified on a sample basis after the boxes have been packed. This ensures the final quality of the product before shipment to customer.
  • Custom Quality Control: These quality check are made as per special requirementfrom the client. eg. Packaging quality, drop test, sampling test etc
